IL10

Interleukin 10 appears to have a pivotal role both in renal , cancer physiology and other physiologies.

Being involved with cycooxygenase, the juxta-glomerular apparatus and the regulation of the renin-angiotensin apparatus plus the "turn off" function of tumor surveillance (similar to pregnancy) makes this a very pivotal Interleukin.
